  • Do you take insurance?
    I am an out-of-network provider. Payment is due at time of service. All major credit cards are accepted. However, a superbill can be provided upon request for insurance reimbursement. Also, payment via FSA and/or HSA is accepted for physical therapy. Reimbursement rates vary dependent on insurance type and plan. Please check with your insurance to confirm coverage and reimbursement for out of network providers.   • Do you offer a free consultation?
    Yes! I'm happy to have a 15-minute phone call to discuss your primary concern and goals to see if we would be a good fit. Schedule your appointment HERE.
  • Do I need exercise equipment for in-home physical therapy?
    Not really! I will bring equipment for us to use during treatments but may advise you to get affordable select items which may be helpful long-term. If you have equipment or a home-gym, bonus!
  • Where do you travel?
    Service area: in the perimeter, EAST of 400, NORTH of Decatur and Tucker. There may be an extra fee for travel depending on property type, distance and time of appointment. Please contact to discuss in detail as this answer varies on a case-by-case basis.
  • What is your cancelation policy?
    KRU Mobile PT is here to help you attain all your movement and health goals. It is understandable that circumstances may arise which cause you to cancel your appointment. However, due to the nature of a mobile concierge practice and relatively small number of appointments per day, appointments canceled within 24-hours will be charged the full price of the session scheduled. NO EXCEPTIONS. Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance will not be charged.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    All major credit cards, as well as FSA/HSA cards (see question above re: insurance) at TIME OF SERVICE. A credit card is required to reserve all appointments and will be kept on file for future appointments.
